Telford & Wrekin Council are looking to recruit a ICT Apprentice
The apprenticeship is designed to meet the needs of the candidates wishing to pursue their career in IT. The role will be providing customer focused reliable and flexible Service Desk and Desktop support to all Telford & Wrekin staff, Schools and Councillors. You will be working closely with two small groups of Service Desk and Desktop Support Team members to provide remote hardware and software support.

Major tasks include:
- To provide prompt Service Desk support from telephone, intranet and email requests to ensure operational problems are resolved as quickly as possible
