In order to maintain high standards it is necessary to have a diverse workforce who are highly competent and experienced, whose main focus is ensuring the services we offer meet the aspirations and needs of our local community.An opportunity exists to provide policy support to the Chief Executive and the Corporate Leadership Team and to work with service managers to prepare business cases for alternative service delivery models. If you have skills in policy formation, change programmes and shaping future service deliver this may be the role for you. This is a 2 year fixed term contract at 37 hours per week (hours per week are negotiable). Interviews for this position will be held on Friday 9 July 2021.
