As we approach 2017 Customer Services in Coventry has changed, we’ve brought services together so that customers are able to contact us once for all their needs, we’ve improved our self-service options and we see our customers face to face in a new customer services centre in the city centre.
We deal with a range of enquiries on topics as diverse as: Highways, Adult Care Assessments, Council Tax, Parking and Housing Benefits and we’re looking for people to support us in delivering a quality professional service.

Meet & Greet
Based in the City Centre, you’ll be the first person that our customers meet. You’ll be helping people to use our new self-serve channels, booking appointments, answering general enquiries and generally offering a warm welcome to the people of Coventry.
Customer Service Adviser Level 1
Your team will be answering customer enquiries for a wide range of services and logging their requests with different teams.
You’ll be supporting people over the telephone, through e-mail and face to face in our customer service centre or at one of our city centre reception points.
There are several opportunities within Customer Services, including Housing, Adult Social Care, Parking and a busy Contact Centre. Work will be varied and wide-ranging to meet the needs of the service.
You’ll have guessed from our introduction, we’re changing lots of things at the moment to improve things for our customers and we know that our people are really important to getting things right.
In some of the service areas we are experimenting with how we do things so one of the most important strengths we’re looking for in our people is the willingness to try new things and to help us to change things that don’t work.
