Salary                                £19,312-£19,698 pa pro rata (Grade 4)

Qualification required     NVQ level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent

About The Role

We require an enthusiastic and energetic bi lingual teaching assistant to work with a number of Hungarian pupils across a wide range of age groups (Reception to Y6) to support pupils’ learning in our school. This is a fixed term and term time only position, based at both our Victoria Road and Orchard sites. Applicants should:

• Be well organised and a committed team member
• Be fluent in Hungarian
• Be a confident role model for children inspiring them to be motivated, confident and successful
• Have high expectations of pupil performance and behaviour.
• Be able to provide a high standard of education and care in consultation and with guidance from the class teacher and middle / senior leaders
• Be able to monitor individual and group progress and give children specific support.
• Be able to travel between different school sites and to carry out home visits.
