The Role

Harbury C of E Primary School is actively seeking teaching assistants to support children in KS1 and KS2 meeting medical and special educational need. May be required to provide 1:1 support and Midday supervision.
We are looking for people who believe in creating an environment for children that is fun, safe, exciting, ambitious and full of care.
The posts are term time only plus teacher training days. There can be some flexibility in the working hours.

Key Requirements

To be a teaching assistant in our school you will need:

To be good at communicating and listening,
Have a positive attitude,
Know how to build relationships with the children and the rest of the team,
To love being creative and prepared to adapt according to the children,
To be patient, caring and calm.
Hold an NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification.
