Teaching assistants

The Role

As a 2 form entry Junior school, we currently have 2 vacancies to fill at Middlemarch school for Level 2 teaching assistants. We are a ‘Good School’ , highly inclusive and have a superb team already in place.
The roles are to cover the needs of new children joining us in Year 3 and to employ an additional member of our Year 5 team to deliver a number of interventions.

We have two roles both full-time, however we are willing to consider a job share. The roles are either in Year 3 working to support pupils 1:1 or in Year 5 to deliver interventions to small groups. Both roles are fixed term (whilst the pupils remain at Middlemarch School).

Key Requirements

Successful candidates need to be flexible, resilient, be able to work independently and as part of a team as well as being effective communicators.
