The Pupil Premium Champion will seek to ensure all students achieve academic outcomes in line with prior attainment data. They will contribute to effective teamwork within the Achievement team and liaise with Head of English Key Stage 3 and 4, Faculty Leader, Achievement Coordinators, SENCO, relevant staff – teaching and non-teaching support staff - and parents/carers.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Experience of a similar role would be preferable.

Applicants must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. A grade C or above in English and Maths is essential.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
