Teaching Assistant (Teaching and Learning) 

27.75 hours per week, term time only

Grade 4

(Start date: 1st September 2021)

St Michael's Lichfield are seeking to recruit two experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistants. One will be based in Year 3 and the other working in Years 5 and 6.  The ideal candidates will need to be:

* A team player who recognises and values the uniqueness of individuals achieving together

* Be a great communicator

* Able to embrace St Michael's relationship with the community, especially it strengths as a church school

* Be open to new ideas and have the ability to adapt to new challenges
