Job title: Learning Mentor

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Learning Mentors required in Birmingham 

Salary: £11,534.00 plus travel allowance

Hours: 30 hours per week

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Learning mentors to join our Birmingham School. 

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with behavioural difficulties, preferably in a school environment and implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour in order to maximise the achievements and wellbeing of students. 

The successful candidate will be fully supported in their career and professional development through CPD and a commitment to supporting up to date training and development needs.

The role is offered on a permanent basis based on 30 hours per week during term time. Learning Mentors are not expected to work during School holidays.
