Richard Lee Primary School is a school with a great future!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a welcoming, friendly and reliable individual to join our dedicated and enthusiastic administrative team to help with the smooth running at Richard Lee primary school.

You will be the face of our school, customer service will be your thing alongside a flexible ‘can do’ approach to working.  We pride ourselves in our welcoming approach, positive attitude, our impressive facilities and building, and meeting, greeting and helping pupils, staff and everyone who visits our school is a fundamental part of this job.  You will be confident when communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in customer facing situations and have sound admin, IT and organisational skills.

This is an exciting time to join our school with a NEW Headteacher in post next year. You will have a chance to make your mark in the hub of the school, ensuring effective admin and communication in all that you do to ensure we are providing great opportunities for learning for all our pupils.   If you will gain satisfaction from making a difference to the young people at Richard Lee, in a role where every day is different, this is the job for you!

We have a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating from our last inspection in March 2018 and we are looking forward to exciting developments within the curriculum.  Being part of the Castle Phoenix Trust has already seen us benefit from CPD links and positive transition for our year 6 children, many of whom go on to Caludon Castle, one of the secondary schools in the Trust. The Trust prides itself on being the kind of place people want to work where everyone recognises the buzz of excitement and togetherness, whatever stage they are at in their career.

We can offer:-

  • Hard working colleagues and well-trained support staff who are passionate about what they do
  • A supportive and committed administrative team to work alongside
  • A supportive Trust and local governing body who are committed to helping the school move forwards
  • A pledge to grow your talent through professional development and collaboration opportunities within our Trust and beyond.
  • A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition, through the Trust people strategy, and a range of benefits which include the local government pension scheme, term time only working, cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership and an employee discount scheme

If you would like to know more please telephone the school on 024 7665 8800 to arrange an informal discussion with the Headteacher, Mrs. Carol Brammer, or to arrange to pop in to visit us and see us in action!

We are excited about our future – we would love to hear from you if you think you could be part of creating that future.
