Office and Resources Manager

Permanent, Term time only plus 2 weeks.  Grade 5 £22,183 to £27,741 per annum (£20,147 to £25,195 pro rata to weeks worked)

Potential for progression to Grade 6 through Trust Primary School project management responsibility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is approachable, committed and motivated with a wealth of experience in a customer-focused office environment.  You will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated and enthusiastic admin team with the opportunity to make your mark, proud of your efficiency and organisational skills.

You will ably support in managing the finances at the school, with the support of the Trust finance team, equally you will have a successful track record of supervising, leading and developing staff on a day to day basis; to ensure the smooth running of the office, compliance and accuracy.

We will play to your strengths and be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude, the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.   You will be committed to the Trust’s working values including Respect To All From All, Resilience and Determination to Achieve our Best and Innovation and Collaboration as these are some of the foundations that underpin what our Trust offers.

This is an exciting time to join our school with a NEW Headteacher in post next year.  You will be leading the hub of the school, team building and ensuring positive impact in all that you do, to ensure we are providing great opportunities for learning for all our pupils.   If you will gain satisfaction from making a difference to the young people at Richard Lee, in a role where every day is different, this is the job for you!
