The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to support the successful inclusion of a KS1 pupil with complex needs within a mainstream setting. There is some personal care involved in this role.
You will be supported in this role by the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant. We require someone who is inclusive and supportive to ensure the school learning environment is accessible and enjoyable for all of our pupils.
The post is advertised as part time (15 hours per week). We will be happy to discuss with the applicant the exact times to be worked.
Key Requirements
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has a strong desire to make a significant impact on the lives of all children and who can maintain and further develop the school’s positive ethos. This is a fixed term contract to support a child with an EHCP and so will be for as long as the child is on roll at our school.
