Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Salary Band/Range: Grade 2 (12392.31 - £12640.00)

Contract: Term Time Only (39 weeks) 28 hours and 30 minutes per week

Contract Details: Fixed Term until 31st August 2022

Start Date: 1^st September 2021

Tudor Grange Primary Academy Perdiswell is a two-form entry, city school with welcoming staff, lovely children and supportive parents. We are seeking a highly motivated, Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working and encouraging staff team.

We would really like to meet you if you if you are passionate about working with children and have the ability to inspire learning and support development of the whole child. 

You should have a high standard of general education with good numeracy and literacy skills.  You will be able to communicate effectively with children and adults, have a flexible attitude, good sense of humour and be friendly and approachable. Experience of working with children, good time management and the ability to work flexibly using your own initiative are essential.  All applications will be considered and while experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as relevant training will be given to the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
