The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and 2

primary schools have submitted applications to join ATLP during the next 12 months.

Administrative Assistant

Grade 2, Points 3-8 - £18,562 - £20,493

Part time, permanent, term time only

Slade Primary School are looking to appoint two well organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual to undertake a variety of administrative duties within school.

Part time 30 hours per week, term time only – Monday –Friday 9-3pm (actual salary £13,118 - £14,483)

Part time 20 hours per week, term time only – Monday – Friday 8-12pm (actual salary £8,745 – £9,655).

Please note working pattern is subject to change each academic year based on the school need.

The successful candidate will:

• have experience of administration

• previous experience of working in a school / academy / multi academy trust setting would be an advantage

• be a motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative

• ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload to meet deadlines

• have high attention to detail and accuracy

• have excellent organisational and communication skills

• a sound knowledge of a range of computer applications together with excellent IT Skills
