Cicely Haughton School is seeking to appoint a Residential Support Worker to work in our Residential Provision, rostered weekdays only, with split shifts see below and at least one sleep-in per week, for which an additional allowance is paid.

Mon - 14:30 - 21:00
Tues/Weds - 07:30 – 09:30 + 14:30 - 21:00
Thurs - 07:30 – 09:30 + 13:00 - 19:00
Fri - 08:30 – 12:30

This is an exciting opportunity to join an “Outstanding Residential School” where emphasis is put on teamwork, mutual respect and hard work.

The ability to be able to build positive relationships with challenging young people is paramount. Our varied leisure, social and educational activities allows us to develop self-confidence for our young people, enabling them to make positive changes to their lives. We are looking to develop our staff skill-base in delivering such activities.
