The Role
£22,183 - £23,541* p.a. for 37 hours a week (covering Saturday and Sunday), year-round.
We are looking for a practically minded and enthusiastic individual to join our Facilities Team. You will work with the other Premises staff to provide reliable and efficient caretaking and maintenance support to the staff, students and visitors to the school. You will be the main point of contact for lettings during the weekends, opening and closing the premises and ensuring that the facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Key Requirements
You will need a range of practical skills in order to carry out general maintenance and repairs, a good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and experience of dealing with contractors. You will be part of a busy team, but will also need to work independently to cover out-of-hours, on-call and weekend working.

Relevant Allowances: The role is offered for 37 hours a week, Thursday to Monday, including Saturday and Sunday.
