Birches Green Junior School and Birches Green Infant School work closely together to serve our

community. Both schools are looking for  a firm and friendly lunchtime supervisor to join our team.

Both Schools are very friendly and hubs of activity in the heart of Erdington; with a passion for delivering exciting curriculums and nurturing our pupils to become life-long learners.

Both Birches Green Schools are a bustling and innovative schools, set in beautiful grounds with dedicated staff, supportive parents and enthusiastic pupils who are happy and enjoy school life. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading play activities and for the safety and welfare of our children in the dining hall and playground/classroom during lunchtime. An ability to relate positively to pupils, to act consistently upon guidance together with managing needs and behaviour is essential. You will need to demonstrate the ability to carry out personal care whilst upholding the dignity of individuals and demonstrate a vigilant approach to pupil safety.

You must have an interest in working with children and be an excellent role model.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
