ILS Pathway Team Leader

£10.2481- £11.2545 per hour

£19,771.52- £21,713.18 FTE prorated to hours and weeks worked

37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Based in Coventry, we specialise in providing excellent education and support to learners with diverse and complex needs, including Autism. Our staff are committed to enabling learners to reach their potential and fulfil their ambitions.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ILS Pathway Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge base of working with learners with challenging behaviours and experience of developing and supporting learners with special educational needs and disabilities.

To apply, you should have level 2 numeracy and literacy, or demonstration via an assessment that you are operating at level 2 in both subjects. You should have experience of working in a flexible and responsive team as well working in a learning environment. You will need to be a team worker, with excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.  You should have good IT skills with the ability to lead others and prioritise workloads. It is important to have a positive, proactive, flexible approach to work and a strong commitment to excellence and student success.
