Leading Educational Improvement Professional – Part time equivalent to 0.8 Permanent Contract (28hrs)


Soulbury pay scale 20-23 + 3 SPA points

We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and committed leader to co- lead the School Improvement Team in a part time capacity. Your role will be to develop and deliver a high quality and coherent approach to school improvement that effectively supports education settings to improve and deliver better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy.

In this critical, demanding, and exciting role you will have the opportunity to forge effective working relationships with Head Teachers, governors, education leaders and other Company and Council senior managers, in order to achieve positive outcomes for education.  As an Education Improvement Professional Lead, you will play a key role in raising standards of educational provision in Worcestershire including individual maintained school performance, and pupil outcomes across all key stages. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, fulfilling our mission and vision and particularly championing the value of ‘good education for all children’.
