Adult Learning Sessional Tutor
Worcestershire County Council

£10 per hour for non-teaching duties.
£22.97 per hour for non-accredited work.
£27.30 per hour for facilitating accreditation.

Worcestershire County Council’s Adult & Community Learning team are seeking tutors to be part of our dynamic programme of community-based learning which will support the county’s residents as we move into post-COVID recovery.

Graded “Good” by Ofsted, our department is staffed by a team of passionate people who share an enthusiasm for lifelong learning.  We see the difference that learning can make to lives on a daily basis and value our role in developing learning opportunities for communities which promote good health and wellbeing, support children and families and enable Worcestershire to thrive as a hub for business.

Specialising in learning up-to-and-including level 2, we offer the vital stepping stones that are often needed to reach further learning or employment after a life interruption or change.  Whether a change in direction is needed as parenting responsibilities evolve, health circumstances alter or employment destabilises our service seeks to support residents to meet their goals for learning.
