Legal Officer (Property) Grade 7

Salary:  £23,541 – £27,041 per annum

37 Hours per week –  Permanent

To join a busy Commercial Property Team in a busy and forwarding thinking Local Authority Legal Team with interesting project works.

You will be an Associate Member of CiIex, Solicitor or Barrister, or a graduate with a qualifying degree with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant legal environment. You will have experience of dealing with routine conveyancing transactions e.g. simple sales and purchases and business leases and licences etc.

You will also have strong organisational skills, an ability to prioritise and competently manage a full caseload, good customer care skills, a ‘can do’ approach and be able to contribute effectively to the performance of the Conveyancing team. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
