Birmingham City Council has embarked on an exciting journey of organisational change. Our aim is to deliver excellent services to the citizens of Birmingham as a modern, agile and forward-thinking employer-of-choice.

The Corporate Digital Mail (CDMC) team play a significant role in supporting the council as it goes through this period of change and we are now looking for the next generation of energetic and motivated individuals to join our team.

On joining the CDMC Team you will be exposed to all areas of the business, this will range from being our first point of contact to our customers, to supporting our customers to deliver on their agendas. This work will give you the foundations to developing your general knowledge of Corporate Digital Mail processes in the public and private sector.

Once you've joined CDMC, you will be expected to undertake a Business Administration qualification, which will feed into everything you do as part of your day to day job. https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/business-administrator-v1-0
