Nursery Manager

Shine Nursery seeks an experienced, well organised, creative, inspiring and energetic manager, with excellent communication skills, to lead the provision and provide outstanding care and learning for our children and families. 

We are a growing nursery established in September 2019. You will be supported by our finance manager and a team of fully qualified staff. You will have access to a beautiful environment, the best resources and high quality training.

The five main areas of this role include: Leading and developing outstanding care and learning, inspiring and training staff, running all operational procedures, liaising with parents and other professionals, maintaining and modelling professional conduct and leading safeguarding and health and safety processes.
