Customer Service – Section Lead

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Customer Engagement and Registrars service as a Customer Service - Section Lead. 

You should have excellent communication and engagement skills, to compliment your strong leadership skills. You will lead a team who will manage customer contact across several services within the Customer Contact Centre.  

You must be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. You should have a proven track record of inspiring and achieving change. You will be flexible and responsive in your approach, with customers at the centre of your decisions, and be able to manage a high volume workload with competing priorities. 

This is a key role within the service, and you are encouraged to apply if you have the necessary skills and experience to lead this area of work and want to contribute to the wider Customer Engagement and Registrars service developments.
