  • Reporting Line:   Services Manager  
  • Hours of work: 30 Hours per week. Mon- Fri – work flexibly between 9.30am- 4pm      
  • Location:  Coventry and Warwickshire 
  • Fixed Term Contract until 31 July 2022

Duties and Responsibilities  

  • To work as part of a team and work closely with the existing CST and MCST co-facilitators, within Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire (AUKCW) and Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust (CWPT) to ensure the effective delivery of the CST and MCST groups across Coventry and Warwickshire  
  • To lead on the co-ordination, planning and effective delivery of the CST and MCST groups.  
  • To ensure that both the CST and MCST groups are delivered within a person-centred framework to improve participants’ outcomes and meet individual members’ needs.   
  • To provide effective support and supervision to the support workers assisting with the delivery of the IDS group work.  
  • To work closely with the service manager to strengthen and expand the CST and MCST group work.  
  • To liaise with key partners and colleagues to generate new referrals into the service through clear referral pathways.  
  • To be an effective ambassador for AUKCW.  
  • To ensure that the organisation is presented in an appropriate and professional manner to its stakeholders.  
  • To ensure that all clients are treated with respect and their human rights and dignity upheld at all times.  

Reporting   

  • To take responsibility for producing accurate, monthly, data and monitoring reports for:   
  1. CWPT-CST Group work  
  2. CWPT-Outcomes report  
  3. Case studies   
  • National Age UK communications will include: 
  1. Monthly data report  
  2. Group sessions’ monthly analysis  
  3. Case studies  
  4. Outcomes report  
  • Monthly meetings requirements: 
  1. To attend monthly update/review meetings with CWPT  
  2. To co-ordinate and facilitate monthly team meetings with IDS AUKCW staff team  
  3. To attend monthly supervisions with line manager  
  • To attend any relevant training and any other meetings relating to the IDS service  
  • To carry out any other duties required as part of the role and as required by the services manager.  
  • All staff have an individual responsibility to comply with the organisation’s policies and practices.
