This is a unique opportunity to learn about a range of different professions with access to tailored training and coaching.  Working for Rugby Borough Council, you will be able to make a real difference by providing services to the people in our communities, at a time when we are facing unprecedented challenges.

You will join a group of apprentices providing customer service and administrative support across different teams whilst working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard.  We are looking for people who are enthusiastic to learn, have a ‘can do’ approach to solving problems for our customers, and who are team players with the ability to organise and prioritise their work.

To find out more about these apprenticeships we recommend that you call Debbie McCarthy our Customer Service & Corporate Apprenticeship Manager on 01788 533290.
