Senior Educational Improvement Professional –Full time
Soulbury pay scale - Senior Education Improvement Professional 13 to 16 (plus 3 SPA points 17, 18, 19)
Salary FTE: £49,143 – £52,835 (based on a 35hr position) plus SPA points
We are seeking to appoint a full time Senior Educational Improvement Professional. Prospective candidates will be experienced, skilled and committed to school improvement. We are open to permanent appointments or a secondment arrangement, if preferred. Individuals will have the ability to develop and deliver highly effective support to a range of education settings in order achieve better outcomes for children and young people within Worcestershire, as described in our Education and Skills Strategy.
In this exciting and sometimes challenging role you will have the opportunity to forge effective working relationships with the School Improvement Team, school leaders and Governors. As a Senior Educational Improvement Professional you will be providing advice, challenge, coaching support and CPD on all aspects of effective leadership and school improvement. You will have a caseload of schools to advise, as well as actively contributing to the CPD and bespoke support provided by the School Improvement Team. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference, fulfilling our mission and vision and particularly championing the value of ‘good education for all children’.
