Housing Improvements Officer (Retro-Fit) - CH01021
Salary: G8 £30,451 - £34,728 (pro-rata)
Contract: 12 months fixed term role

The Council has a new exciting opportunity to join a successful housing service.  The successful post holder will have experience in the field of domestic retro-fit and they will support the re-fresh of the council’s Home Energy Conservation Act Action Plan and both seek and deliver a range of funding for home retro-fit and similar works. The role will involve direct on site liaison with contractors and property owners to ensure successful completion of works. They will be responsible for managing and monitoring a range of programmes throughout the borough and providing advice to both colleagues and members of the public.

We are seeking 18.5 hours to be undertaken as follows:

2 fixed specific agreed consecutive days per week - either Tuesday and Wednesday OR Wednesday and Thursday plus a half day on a further day to be agreed.
