ACL Tutor (Casual)
Dudley Adult and Community Learning team deliver programmes to adults in venues across the borough of Dudley.
Hours: Sessional – as and when required
Salary: Grade 7
Location: Priory Hall, Dudley, DY1 4EU
Dudley Adult and Community Learning are looking for qualified adult education tutors to enhance and develop our delivery offer to our residents. We require tutors who can teach English, ESOL, ICT, Maths, Family Learning, Arts, Employability and Health and Wellbeing.
You will need to:
- teach a range of accredited and / or non-accredited learning provision for adults in community venues
- deliver high quality teaching and learning with a subject specific focus
- ensure quality and high standards in the classroom
- have experience of working with adults returning to learning
- have relevant teaching qualifications
- have an understanding of safeguarding and Prevent, information security and data protection relevant to a learning environment
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and vulnerable adults; therefore the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check
