Our People Strategy is a critical element of our strategic plan and you will play a role in bringing it to life. From September, the team will be operating a hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. Your work base will be currently working remotely but will be moving to a hybrid model of remote and on-site working, based at Washwood Heath Academy as lockdown eases.

Ability to plan and prioritise workload autonomously

Somebody with excellent time management, project management & organisational skills

A willingness to travel across WHMAT’s 7 sites & to work flexibly to meet needs of key stakeholders

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
