We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking Teaching Assistant to join our team at Yarnfield Primary. Applicants should have at least NVQ Level 2 in childcare or an equivalent qualification, however applicants with proven, relevant experience will also be considered.

As a 1:1 child specific Teaching Assistant you will be responsible in promoting the learning, personal development and personal care of a pupil to whom you will be assigned to enabling them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a primary setting, excellent communication skills with children, parents and professionals and a sound knowledge and understanding of pupils with special educational needs. Additional training and guidance will be readily available in support of this role.
