We are looking to recruit a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist. Within this
role, you will welcome and deal with students, staff and visitors at the main desk. You will also provide a wide of range of administrative duties to support the Reception Team and the College. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and friendly manner along with exemplary customer service skills to deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a supportive and professional manner, whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the reception area. By joining us, you would play a vital role in the College, which was graded as ‘outstanding’ in all categories by Ofsted in 2017. We excel in providing a broad, inclusive and high-quality education to all of our learners, which has resulted in
some of the highest levels of progression to Higher Education in the sector. In 2019, Joseph Chamberlain College achieved A level pass rates of 99.4%, which were the best results in the history of the College. We were featured in the 2019 Parliamentary Review for best practice in further education for the second time and were awarded the Teachers’ Development Trust (TDT) this year for our comprehensive package of innovative and high impact professional development.

Hours of work will be full-time, term-time only, plus an additional 10 days to be agreed by your line manager.
