The successful candidate will:

• provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to staff, children and parents and visitors to the school under the direction/ of the Office Manager/ Senior Leadership Team

• maintain a good working relationship with all staff, external agencies parents and visitors to the school, ensuring the correct safeguarding checks have taken place.

• provide a professional and efficient customer experience to all ensuring effective communication face-to-face, over the telephone and by written correspondence.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
