This is an exciting opportunity to join Strengthening Families Team, Children’s Safeguarding and Support.  We are a dynamic team, which offers a high standard of service within a highly supportive environment. The Role

 

We are a County Wide Team comprising of both Social Worker and Family Support Workers and together we work with families supported by a Child In Need Plan to find their own solutions, working collaboratively with families and involved partner agencies. You will be required to work proactively with children and families to develop and review effective Child in Need plans that to achieve good outcomes and sustain change.
