Project Manager - Asset Maximisation

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager.
You will manage the performance of the delivery programme for a series of projects within the Regeneration, Property and Facilities Management area, principally those targeted at developing the pipeline of regen led projects and assuring delivery of the Asset Maximisation programme. Which is a strategically important programme for the Council and for the City i.e. through fundamentally challenging the way the council operates following an overhaul of working practices and an associated review of the operational estate.
The projects will be a mix of directly funded Council led projects, to enhance and reprofile the Councils asset base. Creating a better synergy with new and emerging ways of working and other projects which are led by the private or third sector, where the Council will play a part to commission, facilitate and/or enable outcomes rather than directly invest, with a view to ensuring value for money and compliance.
