Head of Service, Care Commissioning
Adults & Communities
Closing: 26/07/2021
Interviews will be held 4 & 5 August 2021
We have a reputation for providing people with a warm welcome at Herefordshire. We also have a reputation for making things happen successfully and quickly.
Our Head of service will be part of a senior leadership team that has embarked on an ambitious and successful transformation programme over the last three years. This has ensured the Adults and Communities directorate is now at the forefront of strength based practice and it’s on that foundation that we’re looking to develop.
Herefordshire Council is a place where you can truly develop and thrive, as a senior leader too. You will need to demonstrate extensive experience in strategic commissioning of high quality social care services which are outcomes based, sustainable and promote independence for adults or children and young people and across communities.
Most of all, you’ll bring a dynamic, inspirational ‘make it happen’ approach, whilst building the relationships which take people and partners with you.
