As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a committed Senior Leader to provide efficient and effective management of Financial, Human and Physical resources, Health & Safety and Administration.

Working closely with School and Trust staff, we believe this will be a challenging but exciting opportunity to share in our vision.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven Management and HR experience

• Proven Financial Acumen

• Experience of guiding, motivating and developing team members

• Experience of management of contracts and/or financial bidding systems

• A Degree in Business and Administration, NCSL Diploma in School Business Management, or equivalent qualification/experience in relevant discipline
