Property Site Officer

Salary up to £27,041 per annum

We have a new exhilarating opportunity available within Worcestershire Children First by seeking to appoint a Property Site Officer to work alongside our Supported Living and Residential Services. You will be responsible for a maintenance team to ensure the homes for our young people across Worcestershire are maintained to a high level and keep them safe and happy.

The role requires working in partnership with relevant professionals and agencies, to ensure good outcomes and life chances for young people in Worcestershire. You will be required to assess, plan and review the needs of our properties in order to ensure that work is completed to a high level and any additional maintenance needs are met.

Within the role it is essential you have experience of carrying out repairs and maintenance to properties and being able to assess when a more specialised approach is required from external contractors. At Worcestershire Children First it is essential to us that our young people feel at home in our properties and they are maintained to a high level so this role will allow creativity to work alongside relevant management to achieve this vision.

The role involves providing maintenance repairs in emergency and crisis situations for young people in their homes across Worcestershire. We are looking to appoint someone who is skilled in their trade and enjoys working alongside young people and helping us to maintain a high level of service for them.
