Customer Service Apprentice - St Augustine’s Catholic Primary
We are looking to appoint a Customer Service Apprentice who is friendly, polite, enthusiastic and willing to learn. You will need to be flexible, be able to multitask and adapt to change quickly in a busy school environment.
You will be joining a lovely, experienced administration team who can support you through your apprenticeship. You will be working towards completing a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.
You must have GCSEs in English and Maths Grade A-C/5-9 or equivalent and have a basic knowledge of IT packages.
The successful applicant will be a main point of contact for callers and visitors to the school, offering guidance and assistance both personally and by telephone and provide clerical support to the main school office under the guidance of the School Office Manager.
