Job Details
Salary: £38,890 - £42,821 per annum (salary dependent on experience)
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Hereford

Herefordshire Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager used to working in a high profile, demanding project arena. The Council has an ambitious Children’s Transformation Programme requiring a well-established project manager with a proven track record of development and delivery. We offer excellent career prospects, training and peer support.
You will join the newly created Project Management Office and provide project management expertise to a number of existing and emerging projects across all directorates. We are looking for a talented individual with strong stakeholder management & leadership skills, evidence of managing large projects and experience ideally working with Children’s Services and Social Care. You will have knowledge of project delivery models and have a proactive approach to project delivery.
You will be able to quickly establish strong working relationships and credibility with Directors, Assistant Directors, Heads of Service, and internal and external delivery teams.
