SOCIAL WORKER- TRANSITIONS TEAM
A Social work vacancy has arisen in this Dynamic team and looking for a skilled and experienced worker to be a part of it. We are looking for a worker who is creative, analytical and loves a challenge and demonstrate great team working abilities.
You must be able to apply the principles and process of the 3 Conversation model and demonstrate your commitment to partnership working both internally and externally.
You will strive to maximise independence and deliver a Holistic and person-centred service to the citizen within the constituency and demonstrate your ability to consider all options. You will be required to model the values and behaviours of Birmingham City Council and the Code of Conduct of SWE.
