Catering Assistant

The Role

We seek to appoint a confident Catering Assistant to work in conjunction with our existing catering staff to enhance the learning and well-being of our students by providing good quality food every day.
Hours of work will be based on core hours of 20 hours per week: 10:15am – 2.15pm Monday to Friday; term time plus 5 staff learning days; 39 weeks.

Key Requirements

Candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with the ability to offer excellent customer service. Experience in a similar environment would be desirable.

Relevant Allowances: Starting salary for a full-time post is based on Band A, £17,842 per annum.
The actual salary for the hours / weeks worked will be calculated at £9.25 per hour / £8,318 per annum, subject to any continuous service.
