Hours per week: 32.50 per week, term time only, 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Fixed term in first instance from September 2021 - July 2022 to undertake a particular task that has a foreseeable end

We are currently recruiting a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support two named children with special educational needs.

The post will include:

· working with two named children, one in Year 1 and one in Year 3

· liaising with parents

· supporting other adults and children within the classroom

· record keeping as required

Confidence to support children with special educational needs is crucial, as is showing initiative to adapt to the individual needs of the child.

Prior experience of working on a 1:1 basis with children with high needs is desirable.
