TENANCY SUSTAINMENT OFFICER

 

£25,991 - £29,577

(£12,995 - £14,788 pro rata)

Dependent on qualifications and experience

 

18 hours 30 minutes per week – Wednesday to Friday

Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit a full-time, enthusiastic and customer focused Tenancy Sustainment Officer in their Housing Services Team.

The successful candidate will support and enhance the housing service that meets our purpose; to enable our tenants to succeed and sustain their tenancy.  Ideally, you will possess a good working knowledge, experience and understanding around all aspects of housing management and legislation that underpins it.

The successful candidate will as part of the wider team focus on enabling our tenants to sustain their tenancies through both proactive and reactive service delivery. The ideal candidate will take a flexible and holistic approach in ensuring we assist our customers in sustaining their tenancy.
