The Role
22.0 Hours per Week
We are looking to appoint a resourceful and highly effective school Office Manager to organise and deliver effective administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school and be responsible for the efficient running of the administrative support functions.
Key Requirements
To support the teaching staff and school managers in their duties as educational leaders.
To contribute, through the full range of office duties, to the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions and ensuring that efficiency, versatility and lines of communication are effectively maintained.
To facilitate the requirements of staff and pupils in the day to day management of the school.
To be innovative in ensuring that the school office workload is effectively completed to a high standard.
To be flexible in facilitating the organisational and administrative priorities of the school by responding positively to change.
Additional Information & How to Apply
Relevant Allowances: 22 hours per week: 3dys per week, Term Time plus 3wks (41wks per year)
Fixed term contract until 22nd July 2022
Support Staff Pay Scale Band G (SCP 11-17)
Start Date: 1st September 2021
