Longwood Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptionally well-organised and experienced Bursar. The position will be responsible for the delivery of effective school administration, including finance, human resources, health and safety and facilities management.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• plan, monitor and report on school budgets to Governors
• maintain all of the school’s accounting systems
• manage confidential staff records
• manage the school administration systems
• maintain up to date Health and Safety records
The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills and will need to respond effectively to changing priorities using their initiative as well as having excellent organisation skills. Confidentiality and professionalism are key attributes for this role.
