Job Details

Manifoldia Grange is an Extra Care facility providing planned care and support to individuals living in their own homes. The scheme comprises of 38 self-contained flats and provides a person-centred care service to each tenant dependent on their individually assessed needs.

As well as the care and support aspect of the service we also provide social opportunities and community engagement within the communal areas of the scheme.

We currently have a vacancy for a Night Care Assistant – (35hrs per week avg.) to join our team to support and promote the values of this service.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess an understanding of the principles of person centred care services and who can carry out this role, promoting autonomy whilst upholding the rights of the individual.

You will require:

  • At least two years’ experience of working with older individuals with disabilities, learning disabilities or mental health issues
  • A current certificate in the handling and administration of medication
  • A good level of written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to undertake related training
  • A good level of understanding of related health & safety issues

An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
