37 hours per week, Term time only plus two weeks

Minimum L3 Qualification

 

Coundon Court School is looking to recruit a Learning Mentor to provide the first line of support, guidance and intervention for student’s academic and social progress within the school.  You will be expected to support at individual student and year team level the whole school inclusion agenda and associated quality assurance and self-review processes.  To ensure that that the safeguarding of students is secured at individual student and year team level and to support the coordination of IAG, again at individual student and year team level.  You will also undertake a specialist whole school lead role within the Phase teams to ensure student achievement and wellbeing.
