At 16, many students choose to stay in our Sixth Form while others are supported in their applications to other organisations or Level 2/3 apprenticeships. All of our students benefit from a long term approach to recognising their own skills and building capacity for the future. Your role will also involve coordinating Work Experience, currently offered to all of our Year 10 students, as they take their first steps in exploring a workplace environment.
This linked job description is for this role during the training period of 18-24 months. We would expect a commitment of at least a further two years on completion and the job profile will be adjusted at this point to reflect qualified status. Candidates who already hold a Level 6 qualification should get in touch via the details below for a further discussion.
