It is vital that you are able to build a positive and respectful rapport with children. This role will predominantly be pastoral, but cover may be needed elsewhere occasionally.
Pastoral support at Red Hill offers space to talk often alongside art, craft, outdoor or indoor activities.
More structured sessions and appropriate referrals are used when needed.
